Base Guide Organization

Some parent accounts ave a lot of content in their guides section, because we have a separate tab for guides on the dashboard, it would be great if a base guide is created, it lived in the Base Guide tab rather than with the rest. To reduce the clutter but also the risk of editing/deleting/etc the base guide.
