Allow different coverage levels across benefit types
Employees should be able to select different coverage levels based on individual needs. For example, someone may want employee + spouse coverage for medical but employee-only coverage for dental and vision.

Decision Tool Improvement
Hey team! Two requests for the decision tool here: 1. Can we have the decision tool set up so medical or dental/vision pages can be bypassed by employees who do not plan to elect those coverages? 2. Can the decision tool be reoriented so employees can select different coverage levels given their individual needs - ex. maybe they want to elect employee + spouse coverage for medical but employee only for dental and vision. Thanks!

Better control over encouraging one plan versus another
A group renewed with a HRA plan and a legacy plan. The group was looking to encourage people onto the HRA through a generous HRA contribution that would cover most of the deductible. From an employee’s perspective, they would receive better benefits (across all benefit items), a lower deductible, and lower premium. However the decision tool was still popping up and recommending the non-HRA plan. I didn’t have a way of telling the decision tool to emphasize the one plan over another, so the group ultimately decided to just remove the tool from the guide entirely. It would be nice to have some way of marking one plan as favored or something like that.

Include Diagnostic Labs and Diagnostic X-Ray fields in medical benefit plans
Diagnostic labs and x-rays are some of the most common medical services that members use. It would be helpful to have fields for diagnostic labs and x-rays included in the medical plan summaries.

Benefit Package Duplicates
When there are multiple classes, I usually just duplicate the first guide I create which also duplicates the benefit package. At the end of building all guides I like to go into the benefit package dashboard and erase the duplicates. Is there a way to make it easier to tell which BP is attached to a guide in the dash? I think right now you have to click into it and then it tells you that it’s attached to a guide.

2 things: Chapter titles & Custom Benefit names
1. Chapter Titles. Similar to Brainshark where each page/slide has it’s own title but then be able to separate the sections with a chapter title. Example. Medical, then all pages that follow are for medical, then Voluntary Benefit, all pages that follow are vol benefits, etc. See attached. “Renaissance Life & Disability” all slides that follow are related. Then “United Health Care Medical” all related follow. In the decision tool, have a way for it to say the benefit name vs “Custom Benefit” when asking the question. So, if it is Legal Insurance, say Legal Insurance instead of Custom Benefit.

highlighting and tab moving
When making a chart have the ability to tab across the columns to add information to each text box. Also have the ability to highlight several text boxes to have the all do the same thing (i.e. center, bold, highlight by color, etc.) similar to how any chart would work without having to manually move the curser each time to a new text box. See example, I had to do each box indiviudally vs being able to highlight a row to change color and center or add text to the box.

Microsites are coming to Brite
Benefits communication shouldn’t disappear after Open Enrollment. That’s why we’re building Microsites — a new way for brokers and HR teams to deliver a single, always-on destination for employee benefits and company information. Microsites will give employers: ✅ A modern, website-style experience (not another PDF) ✅ Clear navigation across benefits, policies, and updates ✅ A trusted year-round hub that employees can actually return to ✅ Easy to add new information and highlight it for employees returning to the site Built directly in Brite, microsites will be fast to create, easy to maintain, and designed to scale — especially for complex and multi-class scenarios. We’re excited about the momentum here, and we’ll be sharing more as we move toward beta later this year. If you want to learn more, reach out to your CS Manager and we’d be happy to dive into it more.

Default Smart Text
It would be helpful to be able to update the current smart text for all of the guides instead of having to do it by company. For example, for every guide we build this year - we have to manually change the “Current Year” smart text to 2026.

Dependent Care
If a member is not enrolling children in the benefits, they may still have children and should be able to see the DCFSA. Example: member enrolls as single for med, dent, vision, but has children but chooses single in the tool. the DCFSA will not be an option, when it should be because the member can choose the DCFSA regardless of enrollment in med/dent/vis.
