Flexible Spending Accounts

Do not tie the HealthCare Spending account to medical. A member can elect the HCFSA and/or the DCFSA and no other benefits, so medical is not required.

Also add Transit as a benefit to choose in the benefit package so it can be a part of the decision tool. “Do you commute to work and spend money on parking and/or transit expenses?”
