Getting Benefit Details into Brite

We are very aware of the pain it is to get your benefit details into Brite to create the benefit packages. Whether you’re using our spreadsheet template, our smart import or manually entering all the information, it takes precious time.

We are at war with manual entry. While we don’t have that problem solved completely, we are working to make it as simple and seamless as possible to get benefit details into Brite. We are taking steps to map standard PDF plan documents (we’ve mapped SBCs, next are MPSs and then we’ll try to tackle Benefit Summaries). By mapping these files and enabling bulk uploads we can help speed up the process.

In addition, we are working on a redesgined UI for getting your benefits into Brite which will make it easier to navigate and to review fields that are empty, flagged or have AI suggestions.
