Make Button Name & Action Properties editable together

Requesting an update to the editor that keeps button names AND action properties clearly linked and editable together.

Since moving to the new editor, we’ve had multiple people change the name only, not realizing that they need to take the (tedious) extra step of updating the action. The new UI does not make the two-step process clear.
