How can Brite be improved?

Our mission to be where all benefits-related work happens for Broker’s and their clients requires our team to hold the Brite platform to a very high bar. We cannot deliver on these high expectations without consistent, critical user feedback.

Flyer/Handout Options

Can handout templates be made for New Hire/Recruiting? Or can the handout section now be made more customizable? I have groups that use the handouts for their new hires but the date section can’t be edited.

Benefits Assistant (AI)

Allow anybody to ask Brite a benefits related question in plain language and receive an answer with a source to the guide and page where that answer can be found. For HR Teams and client-facing Broker roles, they have the ability to ask a question regarding any content within the relevant Brite account. For employees and significant others using a Brite guide, their question is answered using context within the guide.
