Allow anybody to ask Brite a benefits related question in plain language and receive an answer with a source to the guide and page where that answer can be found.

For HR Teams and client-facing Broker roles, they have the ability to ask a question regarding any content within the relevant Brite account.

For employees and significant others using a Brite guide, their question is answered using context within the guide.
