Multi-Class now supported in Guides, Microsites and PDFs

When Multi-Class launched, it gave you one benefits package for every class. But you still had to build a separate guide for each one.

Not anymore. Starting today, one guide or microsite can serve every employee class a client has. Build and maintain one asset, send one link, and every employee sees only the benefits that apply to them.

Complexity doesn't have to lead to inaccuracy. And a complex client no longer means a complex build.

How it works

Turn on “Require class selection” in Guide Settings, go to the “Classes” tab, then choose how employees reach their class:

• Rate gating. Open site entry, with rates gated until the employee chooses their class.

• Class selection on entry. Employees choose their class when they arrive and see only what applies to them.

• Passcode per class. Each class uses the passcode that was assigned when the class was created to enter the site. Available once every class has one.

Show or hide pages by class, so classes with entirely different plans live in the same guide. The decision tool recognizes the employee's class and only recommends plans they're eligible for, and the benefit assistant answers on the same basis. Send it all through Brite messaging, including the right passcode for each group.

PDF export works the same way. Build one PDF and export it for any class, or for all of them at the same time.

Employees never see the word "class." They see their employment type, like "Hourly, Distribution Center, paid biweekly."

Getting started

If a client already uses Multi-Class in the benefits package and only rates differ, switching over is a setting. Clients whose classes have different plans need pages assigned. Build it yourself, or hire Brite's professional services team to build it for you.

For the first time, everyone at a multi-class employer can have one place to go for their benefits, during open enrollment and all year.
