Refreshed User Interface

• Simplified Header: Key functions have been rearranged into more logical categories, making it easier to locate necessary tools.

• Optimized Toolbar: Now located on the right-hand side, with four distinct panels:

  • Tools Panel: Access various utilities relevant to your tasks.

    • We categorized the tools available, making it easier to find what you’re looking for

  • Comments Panel: Conveniently manage and view your comments.

  • Connections Panel: Easily integrate design styles and benefit packages.

  • Version History Panel: Quickly reference and restore previous versions of your guide if something was lost or broken by mistake.

  • Each panel can be expanded or collapsed by clicking its icon for a cleaner workspace.

Enhanced Workflow Flexibility

The updated interface is designed to intuitively support faster guide creation by minimizing distractions and enhancing tool discoverability.

New Pagelist Collapsed State

We are introducing a new way of navigating between pages when you collapse the page list. Click the left-pointing carat to collapse the page list, and you will see a small box pop up with a right-facing carat and some lines beneath it. Simply hover over the lines, and the entire page list will appear! Select which page you want and then continue your work.
