What's New
Enhancements

Our all new Aggregated Analytics Dashboards are officially in open beta! You can now view guide performance across any number of guides with ease. This will be especially useful for employers with multiple employee classes (ex. weekly vs. biweekly, full-time vs. part-time), who previously had to manually analyze each guide individually. Here are some specific data points you get out-of-the-box with this release:
Guide Visit data - View an aggregated number for all visits included in your dashboard or view a comparison of each guide's performance to another.
Traffic Sources - See which sources, from a QR Code or a text message, brought the most traffic to each of your guides.
Device Types - See a more robust view of the devices visitors used to view your guides. Tablets have been added as a third supported Device type along Mobile Phones and Desktops
Visitor Locations (City) - See the city of every visitor in a single map view across all guides in your dashboard.
Page Visits - Monitor how page visits trend across each of your guides.
Percentage of Page Viewed - Know exactly how much of each of the pages in your guides are being viewed. Do employees read the whole Supplemental Life page or do they move on after a sentence or two?
Component Engagement - See how many employees interact with components you care about, like buttons, hyperlinks and downloadable documents.
Page Flow Data - Observe how employees navigate through your guides. Do they move naturally from one page to the next or do they skip around?
